Every ELIMINATE order is packed with care and precision. We strive to deliver your pieces quickly, safely, and in the same condition they left our hands — because every detail matters.
Shipping Information
We currently ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners in the United States.
- Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days after order confirmation.
- U.S. Shipping: 3 – 7 business days.
- International Shipping: 7 – 14 business days depending on destination.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
All orders are shipped using trusted carriers to ensure speed and reliability. Each package includes a prepaid return label for your convenience should you need to initiate a return.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for complimentary domestic shipping during special promotions.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your ELIMINATE order total.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Tags must remain attached.
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Once your return is approved, simply use the prepaid return label provided in your original shipment. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location, and we’ll handle the rest.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Exchanges may be made for size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is sold out, a full refund will be processed instead.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@eliminatertn.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement as soon as possible.
Additional Notes
ELIMINATE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. For additional protection, we recommend adding shipping protection at checkout.
